These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website and payment gateway for digital marketing services and digital deliverables (such as PDFs). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Email Marketing

  • Graphic Design

  • Strategy Consultation

  • Lead Generation

  • Digital PDFs & Reports (custom strategies, audit reports, etc.)

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in advance through the provided secure payment gateway.

  • Prices are subject to change based on the scope of services agreed upon in writing.

  • Payment once made is non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under our refund policy.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for digital deliverables or completed services.

  • For ongoing monthly services, cancellation requests must be sent in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds will only be processed if services have not yet commenced or in case of duplicate payment.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital PDFs and reports will be shared via email or cloud link to the client’s registered email address within the agreed timeline.

  • In case of technical issues, clients are requested to contact our support within 48 hours of non-receipt.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access (Google accounts, social media, ad platforms, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Delay in client communication or access may result in delays in project timelines without liability on our part.

6. Confidentiality

  • All data, marketing strategies, and reports are confidential and intended solely for the client.

  • Any unauthorized distribution or resale of our digital PDFs or marketing materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we strive for results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or revenue, as marketing outcomes can vary.

  • We are not responsible for losses arising due to third-party platform changes, account suspensions, or misrepresentation by the client.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or payment portal constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
